Tony Clifton's lip sweater is a legendary Las Vegas lounge singer and womanizer. Tony used to do shows at the world famous Tropicana, until one night before a show Tony and his nose neighbor drank 6 quarts of whiskey, ate 27 Quaaludes, and pounded 13 lines of coke. Once on stage Tony challenged any female in the crowd to a mustache ride.
